My dad purchased our first Polaris snowmobile in 1966. Anything dealing with snowmobiles has been an unquestionable passion ever since. As a youngster, I raced cross country and ovals. Friends of my dad would haul me around Wisconsin to race their sleds. Those were great times. After moving to Wyoming, we did a lot of grass and snow drags with great success. We traveled from Wyoming to California chasing 500 and 660’ tracks. Each year, my mountain riding miles added up to over 4000 miles with a leg over a sled in eight western states and BC. The past few years we have been working with racers in oval, drags, enduro and the hill climb circuits .

We opened a small shop in 1999 and built custom mountain sleds with stock and modified engines. We built everything from 550 fanners to 1200 WC monsters.  Over the years, I did R&D for three different dealerships from engine mods, clutching, shock revalves, suspension tuning, and much more. My bride, Sandy, is a trooper with me being gone testing, riding, and racing. Sandy keeps the office running and fills orders while I’m gone.
